To be honest I didn’t even wanna give the 1 star!! But anyways very uncomfortable experience with one of your workers, Jerry Perez. He came to my home claiming he needed to use the restroom, then proceeded to hit on me in a way that felt extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. He also smelled strongly of weed and had a rude attitude when I addressed how unprofessional the situation was. I expect better behavior and professionalism from people representing a company. This interaction left a really bad impression.
I had such a great experience today! I stopped by during my lunch break to pick up some rock for a small project, and everything was quick and easy from start to finish. The girl in the office was so kind and helpful, and the man who helped load the rock was just as helpful and efficient. I didn’t catch their names, but they both made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s so nice to find a local business that’s not only convenient but also has such great customer service. I highly recommend them!
