If I could review 0 stars then I would as Trinity excel in lack of support and service. I called Trinity to book in my KIA Stinger as it has a recall. I was told that it could be scheduled but I had to pay $1,000 for the proposed work. Clearly it was a recall and the work should be at no cost to me. (Trinity should check Australian consumer law) I contacted KIA directly and they confirmed the work was not billable and they would address this directly with Trinity.
