Our thanks to Northern Isuzu who have once again shown professionalism and commitment to their customers. We contacted Terry Walsh (who was on a day off), as our 3 week old car would not start. Despite Terry being on a day off, he continued to support us. Within 24 hours, we were told the problem (Unleaded petrol we had accidentally put in the tank). Today I was told that my Toureg would be ready at 10am, with a tow bar fitted. This is after 7 months of being messed around. So I arrived at 10am, somewhat hopeful, only to sit there for 3 hours, and be told there is a problem. I grabbed the courtesy car and left. Let's see if things improve tomorrow! HA HA HA. Seems like its a running joke ATM!
I do not have any issues with the sales team. However, I have had my Honda HRV petrol version for 3 weeks. It has failed to start twice during this time. I had to call Honda Assist twice and RACV attended. They are suspecting issues with the battery or wiring. I will be going to the nearest Honda dealership for solutions. I bought this car with so much joy but now I have been Ubering back and forth from work due to the these issues. Not happy!
Not recommended Sales woman lied about servicing requirements And gave face information regarding warranty and servicing Sales manager sorted it but now more issues with servicing and now I am being ignored by then Nightly not recommended Laventon ram seems a better option
I live locally and tried calling to enquire about purchasing a new Nissan X-Trail. I was on hold for five minutes, having pressed the number for sales. I finally spoke to a lady, not in sales, who said she would put me through. A long time later, I hung up! Later today I have committed to purchase an MX5 Mazda from Preston Mazda. A missed sale. Shocking customer service! Don’t go there!!!

Got my ZRV serviced first time and a recall too. Zahn is very pleasant and the team who attended on my car did a splendid job.
I have called the parts department and I mention I do have a parts number. They said they can't look in their system or even didn't take part number that I am looking for. I have requested his name by saying that I am not happy at your service. He didn't gave me his name and hung up on me. I called again and explained the situation to the manager.
