The owner of the company (a man I believe by the name of Ed) plowed through my septic tank with a pipe pulling machine. Instead of informing me he tried to cover it up with landscape fabric and tile. The system itself was a piece of crud. My cameras caught him ripping pipes out after his crew of guys already put it in after telling them to. Had to have another company come and fix all the problems.
BEWARE! Contacted this company for estimate to replace one part of my system - quoted $900 just for the part, I ordered it myself on Amazon for $140. After multiple aggressive calls from them I said I was no longer interested in their services and the woman says "Oh well in that case its a $100 charge for the estimate" Are you kidding me!?! GFY!
