Impeccable communication, friendly and helpful, he had me sorted in a week. The vehicle arrived faster than estimated and the entire sales process was smooth. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Trinity Hyundai. Over multiple visits, I have experienced ongoing issues with poor communication and a complete lack of follow-through. Phone calls are not returned, concerns are not properly addressed, and I have had to repeatedly chase appointments which are then cancelled due to lack of loan vehicles.
