I purchased my vehicle through Trinity Hyundai and have continued servicing it there for warranty purposes, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My service was booked months in advance and was meant to be completed by 3pm, yet the car wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Despite having plenty of notice, the dealership didn’t have the replacement air conditioning filter required and couldn’t complete all the work.
