Great communication, great options, easy transaction, quick shipping to Ottawa. Very positive experience. Was more difficult to throw out the old cover than order the new one, lol.
Purchased a hot tub 6 months ago and the service and quality is outstanding, very easy company to deal with. The guys that set it up were also fantastic. Thinking about purchasing a sauna next from them.
We purchased the Vegas model and took delivery in March. Jay was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Everything went smooth from ordering the hot tub to delivery. We have been enjoying the hot tub for 7 months now and it has been great with no issues. The new model appears to be high quality construction with a stainless steel frame and quality Balboa components. Highly recommend this model and Trinity Hot Tubs!
I have been meaning to write this review for a long time, but most recently noticed the extensive amount of rust residue on the fire shield below the woodstove, which is very concerning. I raised concerns with the owner of Trinity hot tub (Jay Lee)when it was first installed, and they said that they have no responsibility for installation as it was outsourced, at no time did they say that it was outsourced until I complained.
