Just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Jay, I've owned the hot tub for over 3 years now - it works awesome - no issues whatsoever - this hot tub is a fraction of a price of comparable hot tubs; There's no question my next hot tub purchase would be from Trinity Hot Tubs.
Very easy to deal with, but say pick up and the Hot tub cover fits perfectly and it looks great.
Very friendly easy to work with . They tell you upfront that some people are worried about scams so they ask for only $20 however you want to pay then you pay when it arrives within a few days . Great guy gave no worries with him . Hope this helps at first I was a bit scared but it was more than fine
