I as many other sadly ended up with doctor hanssen. Completely unprofessional rude and inconsiderate not to mention has a hair triggered temper if u ask questions. No regards for your feelings as a person yet expects u to regard his time. His quote " I have made sure u aren't medically in an emergency and I am not required to keep talking to u or trying to help you. I am only talking with you right now to be nice to u. Don't recommend. We understand wait times, but we don't understand rude behavior from staff. The lady that checked vitals was rude. We made a comment regarding wait times and her response in a rude tone was "Well, it's the day after the 4th and Sunday". And, that's all she said. Then, we get back to the room and we hear two nurses arguing like children about filling a hand sanitizer station. Nothing about this location says professionalism.
Waited in waiting room for over 6 hours with a blood pressure of 175/122 just to not be seen. People who I arrived before were constantly being seen before me! I would never ever recommend
