they called me with threats of suing me which is against the law. Will inform them next time they call
The representative that I spoke with was very polite. Not only did she offer me several options on how I can pay for my medical bill, but she also offered me a discount to save me some money. I've spoken to several other collection agencies before but this is the first time I've ever been treat with respect and dignity.
