Got a call today first from a ****** and then when I called back I was put on the phone with *****. Upon asking what this was about the only information I was provided was something about a 1,000$ bill for lake ****** regional. Ok cool but when is this for exactly? I received a call stating me or my lawyer should get in touch today . After multiple calls back ******* finally answered & proceeds to tell me that I owe a doctor **** separate from the hospital that I hadnt received . She then told me why I was treated and this was a separate bill from a doctor. Violated my ***** rights telling me exactly why I was treated & knowing my medical history. I got a call from ***** today after she left a voicemail saying I need for you or if you have an attorney that represents you please give me a call back today before 5 ******* so I called back to see what the fuss was about. I received a call today from Trinity hope and spoke to ***** who claims I have received Mail and text messages about a bill from 2021. Untrue yesterday was the first time anyone had contacted me about a bill from 2021 where ***** claims I had insurance during a hospital visit but didn't give that info to the provider?? Isn't that the hospitals job? Im getting threatening phone calls about needing an attorney. But I have no ideas what this is about other then something medical I have never gotten a bill from the tritinty Hope place or the name of the place they are saying in the voicemails
This woman called my daughter and left a hateful voicemail saying she has been calling her, but her voicemail has been full.... which is has not. Then said she needs my daughter or her attorney to call her back. First time she has ever called. No idea what it's in regard to. This is not the way to do business. My daughter has no debts other than a few medical bills. If she's a debt collector, good luck getting anything. There are laws against people like her.
This girl that works there named *****. I give a 0 star review. She has ***** customer service, she thinks shes gonna threaten my husband and me over a bill that is not even in our name. She threatened to take us to court which is illegal. They have a *** there named ***** who calls and threatened me and left voicemails stating she was sending officers to get me for jail time and to take me to court for a bill **** June of 2022. She is very rude loud and unprofessional. This business seems illegal and fraudulent and I refused to give my bank and SSN over the phone to her and she hung up
Rude customer service. Attempting threaten attitudes and demands which doesn't help your reason for calling. They must hire under educated folks. Education and training is definitely needed for this company. I am more than willing to pay my debt but not with that type of customer service. I give them a negative 5
