This woman called my daughter and left a hateful voicemail saying she has been calling her, but her voicemail has been full.... which is has not. Then said she needs my daughter or her attorney to call her back. First time she has ever called. No idea what it's in regard to. This is not the way to do business. My daughter has no debts other than a few medical bills. If she's a debt collector, good luck getting anything. There are laws against people like her.

This girl that works there named *****. I give a 0 star review. She has ***** customer service, she thinks shes gonna threaten my husband and me over a bill that is not even in our name. She threatened to take us to court which is illegal. And this is the first time we was ever hearing of this bill and she wanted to catch an attitude because we wouldnt give her money right then and then proceeded to hung up. They have a *** there named ***** who calls and threatened me and left voicemails stating she was sending officers to get me for jail time and to take me to court for a bill **** June of 2022. She is very rude loud and unprofessional. This business seems illegal and fraudulent and I refused to give my bank and SSN over the phone to her and she hung up

Rude customer service. Attempting threaten attitudes and demands which doesn't help your reason for calling. They must hire under educated folks. Education and training is definitely needed for this company. I am more than willing to pay my debt but not with that type of customer service. I give them a negative 5

I was threatened over the phone over a collections account by one of their employees when I told her I was working and would have to speak to her when I was off, after receiving multiple calls back to back today with no voicemail left. She threatened that I would be served and would be paying their attorney fees for the $200 debt on my account and that I would be seeing them in court. This was my first conversation with this agency.

Tonya was RUDE!!! You are not gone call me ask for money about a bill and be nasty. I’m not paying JACK that I can’t get information on. As a call center supervisor in the customer complaint area I can tell u now Ms. Tonya would have a had her walking papers longgggg ago! Now tell Tonya to come get the money herself!

They do not even deserve one star. They called and left me a message. I called them back. Apparently I missed a small medical bill and they were trying to collect. I told them I would pay it online as soon as I got home. They said they do not accept it online so I told them I would mail it. They said I HAD to pay it over the phone which I DO NOT do. This company is a scam! They sent me medical bill pretending to be my local hospital but changed some info. Now they’ve sent me a collections letter. Bbb why do they have an A+????? Shut it down!!

After this so called collection company contacted me about an unpaid medical bill I established a payment plan and shortly after I started to receive fraudulent charges on my credit card that were online orders from various websites. I was then forced to acquiring a new card number. I contacted this company about the issue since they were the only place I had given my card information to and they started to harass me about the bill.
