Poor service support, takes hours to pick up the phone or return a call. Rude. Overpriced wanting almost $200 just to look at a tail gate strut - that’s before repair. There are so many better service centres. I love my Honda but not Trinity.

This is about the used car business of Trinity. I bought a Mrecedes there which, among other things that may perhaps be expected with a used car, had 2 problems. 1. An internal panel was missing where wires were actually hanging out. They promised to replace, but then wouldn't even answer phone calls. I am still waiting (after months). 2. The ceiling fabric inside had come loose and was hanging down. I found out that this is actually a problem that makes the car not roadworthy. I reported it to some manager, no reply. We took delivery of our new CR-V last week and our salesman Rob was most helpful throughout the whole process. He always kept us up to date with progress and as we threw in a curly question mid purchase he came through and wasn't afraid to ask the questions. We ended up with the car we wanted and that turned out to suit us best. Overall very happy from start to finish and he also allowed ample time do walk around the car prior to delivery.
