I won't mention any names, but we weren't very happy with the care that was being provided for our aging parents by our previous "big" agency. Trinity came in and first understood our needs and provided the very best care givers, that truly made us feel like family. Management constantly checked in to make sure the on-boarding process was smooth and that all of our needs and concerns were taken care of. Can not recommend Trinity enough.
