Genuine Care in Edenbridge looked after my dad for a period of three months whilst he was terminally ill with cancer. I have to say that from the very moment Kathy and her team became involved we felt our needs were understood and the care we received was absolutely outstanding. Lakshmanan has come as our Faber service engineer for Chimney and Hob. His service was very good, and satisfied with his work.
I can't believe this review as my experience of this company is the total opposite. They have been caring for my 95 year old father for the last year and the service they provide is above and beyond what they set out in the original care package. I could not recommend them enough the care they provide not only for the person being cared for but the backup support and communication with the family is excellent.
