I am a Navy veteran who was assigned to Trinity Home Healthcare through the VA. About two weeks ago, a representative came to my home to conduct an initial assessment. Since that day, I have not heard a single word from this company, nor have they sent anyone to provide the actual care I need. To make matters significantly worse, I just received a bill via the VA for services from Trinity. They billed for healthcare services that were absolutely never rendered. Honestly The back and forth with the home aids and honestly them walking out. Barely doing the bare minimum. They had one good home aide that went above and beyond for my grandfather. Oh and forget it there communication is through email and it sucks. The home aides don't like cleaning or just do the bare minimum to get a paycheck and honestly someone who works in the industry this is unacceptable
I highly recommend Trinity Home Health Care! All of their staff is exceptional. They are very compassionate and genuinely care about their clients. I am truly grateful for all of the care they provided for my mom!
I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star honestly they are liars. The show lots of favoritism , they do not have a lot of clients at all . Is not a good company to work for at all.
