I would not recommend Trinity Home Care. Their customer relations are extremely poor — staff come across as dismissive and unprofessional. When I raised valid concerns, they seemed either unwilling or ignorant to comply with basic rules and requirements. On top of that, they were completely unprepared to answer straightforward questions, which made me lose confidence in their ability to provide reliable care. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. Don’t let this company care for your loved ones!
Nice little homecare company no problems with them and the Navajo speaking staff is a plus for my family :)
