My daughter was looking to transfer her daughter's service to this company. She went through the whole hiring process and all the education Then she got a call and was told she wasn't a good fit. She has all the qualifications and over 20 yrs. experience so for them to say not a good fit is confusing. This is why people don't want to work in this field. I was excited about going to work for this company, I went through all the hiring process including the educational classes. I was then called and was told that they didn't think I was a good fit for the company. When I asked for a reason all they said was we just don't think it's a good fit. I have all the qualifications and plenty of experience so I was very disappointed that this company was unable to provide a reason for the denial. I have never been told I was not a good fit for any other company before. I was referred ... read more
