Overall unpleasant staff are rude food is cold beds are broken rooms are dirty and they have mice running around
Very unprofessional, most of the staff are bullies to one anther and to the residents. the staff don't really care for the residents. The DNS is disrespectful and will lie to get your fired. The ADNS is no better and only looks out for her people. If you put in a complaint you better believe the person you complained about will find out and bully you or try to any way. They make their own rules there to fit them in that particular moment. The place is full of mice and a few rats. it stinks and you will always be cleaning up ... read more
They let a person who tested positive for covid-19 to continue to work there instead on being sent home to quarantine. That is negligence. Please protect your family members
Rooms not clean, staff not friendly, food cold.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. The accommodations are disgusting and the staff have no care for their patients..VERY DISAPPOINTED.
