Worst experience ever. Paid $100 service fee for nothing. Rude technician at home and rude receptionist at office phone
I have held off from doing this review for some time but here it goes. After a long battle with another company sent by AHS up to 6 times every year I had had it. I was going to pay another company out of pocket to replace my downstairs unit. I called Trinity. Of course I got the same dry, dismissive toned customer service as everyone else. Anyway I had them come out and look at the unit. They made a recommendation of Goodman heat pump and talked it up. I signed the contract. I was not told there was a $96 fee for having someone at my house to diagnose a problem. He was hardly at the house and told me he would contact me for a quote. I didn’t hear back from the company until after 5pm the next day, at which point I had given up on them and called someone else. The next people I called gave me a quote on the spot and fixed the issue the next morning.
