I came from out of town on 8/27 bc I was certain of UTI due to test work I did through quest and figured I needed an antibiotic so I came just for that. I was tested and it said negative but they did a culture to be sure. No one called with results. I called 3x today being 9/14 and the culture was contaminated. Whoever I spoke with her recommendation was to be seen again (I am self pay) which I am sure I would be charged another provider fee. Every one was extremely professional and treated me so nicely. I was nervous because I’ve had some bad experiences. Every single person I interacted with there was exceptional at their job. I felt seen and heard. Give these people raises today please
Scheduled an appointment online early in the morning for my daughter who was showing signs of an infection on her finger. She also was showing symptoms of hand foot and mouth. We get there and ended up in the waiting room longer than we were in the room being “seen”. The didn’t examine her thoroughly at all! We left with the diagnosis of “abscess on left middle finger”.
