I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and staff has always been kind.
I have a severe stuttering problem as I arrived in to be check in both receptionist were very unprofessional. I am aware that I have a speech impediment but I don't need the receptionist to ask me for my ID because I was going to give it to her but they way she said it. Like my delayness was bothering her and she stated for me to take my time. My throat hurted so bad that it was such just impossible to even speak unfluently and catch a breath.
