Went Saturday at 230 PM for a bad rash and swelling on my legs. Brushed off for a food ingestion allergy, told to go get a prednisone prescription Pronto. Except they never filled the prescription... Here I am now a day and a half later with a painful full body rash unable to get the medication that's not over the counter, and it looks like they didn't even log the visit! This clinic is REALLY SO BAD,I have been trying to find another one with no luck,so I am stucked with this one. Even the Urgent Care (with an appointment) is terrible,I waited 40 minutes to be seen. The staff is rude,lazy,terrible. To make blood exams the waiting time is at least 30 minutes in the Springfield location! They open the lab at 8:30am!! Always lots of people. How much I miss the times when this was Riverbend...
I was here 2 days ago, the doctor didn't even look at me and said I had covid, plus they didn't give me any document saying so. I went to the hospital and it turned out I had Mycoplasma and Rhinovirus.
The doctor saw my baby and told me he had a virus without any labs done. He prescribed an adult medication with a higher dose that the pharmacy didn't want to give me due to some concerns about it.
I have been here before & they seemed ok,,So today I could bor breath & decided to come here. When I get there it looked out of business. No cars in the parking lot so I went for the door. No patients were in the wating room only me & the receptionist. I told him I was here because I was having problems breathing & he told me I could not be seen unless I had a,appointment.
