Accounting Team is toxic at this company. Mainly, the controller name Susan for Iowa. They preach religion but play dirty games with their employees and treat them horribly. & I think HR is not doing anything about this at all. Whoever is reading this please reach out to people who can hold people like Susan accountable.
Went to ER for Rabies bite, IHA billed $20,000! Said Rabies vaccine is not a prevention of getting Rabies. Various Cust Svc and Billing staff gave multiple reasons, including: IHA does not provide Rabies vaccine to your PCP or Walk-In because it is an urgent situation, forcing patient to ER for treatment, -- which according to them, may not prevent Rabies anyways! And, going to ER is treatment for an injury, not a preventive -- so they scam us for $$$ and force going to ER.
