I wanted to leave a survey but the phone hung up. I spoke with a women name Billy who was amazing! And super kind! She was extremely personable, and made the waiting process easy. Whoever is in charge give her a raise!
The absolute worst billing department. Call after call, nothing gets solved. They’re trying to collect on a two year old claim. No one calls back.
Calling people to hang up on them is insane. If you can’t assist someone say that. Don’t pmo.
