I tried to make an appointment with their PT person, Deana. I was told by the receptionist and office manager Samantha I would have to book an appointment and pay to meet the PT. They must really be hurting for money that they will not let her speak to patients without paying. Happy to say McKinney has at least 5 different PT locations that are more than happy to chat with you for free. Other practices understand the importance of the client patient relationship. Trinity simply doesn't.
