They just told me to wait to get called for a fitting for 2 weeks that never got sent in! You have to triple check that they'll try to do their job.
I have a hard time getting going in the morning. I was two minutes late to the appointment and had to listen to the receptionist told me they could cancel me. When I got back to the room, my doctors spoke to another doctor in a different language in front of me, then shut the door and came in. Obviously, I was uncomfortable going to a new doctor, and the situation, they did nothing to help. Not sure what I’m going to do as far as my insurance wise, but I won’t go back here.
They were bad mouthing one of their patients while we were waiting to be checked out. I guess this person couldnt afford their equipment that they needed, and they had no problems gossiping about it in the open. Unprofessional. I would recommend going elsewhere if possible, no body deserves that.
I hope others have a better experience. I had to pay over $5,000 to learn what I already knew. The lack of communication was disappointing, and it felt like they were pushing people through as quickly as possible. I had to pay for both an at-home test and an in-person test. Despite telling them how hard it would be for me to sleep with the equipment on during the first consultation, they insisted on the at-home test.
