they seem kinda snappy if you ask a question. I smashed them in a review last night giving them one star and calmly called them to speak to them and got better answers so maybe there not to bad. did have a few bad experiences but maybe there just buzy like they say they are... like we all aren't buzy I know I am all the time. anyways maybe I'll give a better review if things go better right now there talking to me like I'm a human a few weeks ago they weren't. hence why I said a few bad experiences.
I have a hard time getting going in the morning. I was two minutes late to the appointment and had to listen to the receptionist told me they could cancel me. When I got back to the room, my doctors spoke to another doctor in a different language in front of me, then shut the door and came in. Obviously, I was uncomfortable going to a new doctor, and the situation, they did nothing to help. Not sure what I’m going to do as far as my insurance wise, but I won’t go back here.
They just told me to wait to get called for a fitting for 2 weeks that never got sent in! You have to triple check that they'll try to do their job.
