Wish I could leave 0 stars! This office is the most ratchet office I have ever come across. The quality of care lacks so bad you'd think this was an overworked non profit walk in clinic over an actual professional medical office. The people that work at the front desk are extremely rude, confrontational and combative. They lack interpersonal skills. The providers lack personality's. At one point I did see one of their mental health therapists and I had to stop seeing her because her aura and the way she spoke with such a mop... read more
If I can give a 0 star I would. First off don't offer someone a earlier appointment and make the person reschedule. Who gives a 7 mins grace period? Every doctors is 15 and i called the let them know I was running late I was 1 min past the "7 min grace period". There's no one in the office staff rude as hell for a women's doctors office this is a terrible place to make an appt for

The new nurse is very rude, she was upset for something or bad day, I don’t know but isn’t a patient fault.
I love the staff and Dr Joseph they are kind, compassionate,and very professional. I feel cared for with them
