Staff an Doctor are very responsive to patients needs.
I wouldn't trust these individuals with either my medical records or my diagnosis. That is coming from experience. Very unprofessional women in the office and roll over scratch my belly men. That combo is never good for the consumer.
As an existing patient of Trinity Healthcare they have the worst system in dealing with patients. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE. iIt has been months since I can initially speak to a human. They indicate there are issues with phone systems. Should not take 3 months for a medical practice to resolve issues with phones. Trinity NEEDS to hire MORE HUMANS. I was very pleased with my experience . The staff was very friendly and also professional. The admittance form online was very thorough and it saved time for when I checked in. Dr. Inyangetor was so very personable and put me at ease immediately. I am a new patient and spent many year in healthcare and I know a good Doctor when I meet one. He is definitely an asset to the Trinity Family.
