The woman that picks up the phone, is always so rude. She gets so annoyed easily and it’s so saddening. As patients that call that possible have neurological issues you’d think she’s friendlier. I’ve called over multiple times sending fax number and every time I call back she says she never received it like ???
This staff has made 9 errors with me since December. This includes 5 fax errors (not receiving a fax), sending scripts to the doctor instead to the patient, sending the script changing the dosage without discussing the change, and sending the script to the wrong pharmacy. It’s too bad because the doctor knows his stuff but there is clearly a breakdown in communications here

Great people all of them with each of their responsibilities.Glad they calm me down some days helps tremendously.Dr Sader excellent gets right to it no time to think of of pain of shots really at all.There done luckily split.Very professional people on the phone also.
