Very disappointed with staff at this office very rude every time I call Mike answer he dont let u finish talkin he cuts u off or if u asking questions he just puts u on hold with out telling u I had to call 7 times and 2 times out of the 7 he hangs up on me.. I was seen by DR Beth at 10am i was in pain she was suppose to send meds for me to CVS and she for got every time I call they tell me she will call me and never did here comes 4:10 pm finally got a hold of her and yet was rude told her just cancel any appointments I hav... read more

I was transferred here when Enfield location shut down; friendly people, treat me with respect, always take me early & get me out fast
They do not know what they are doing. It is imbossible to get anyone on hold, calling them will only give automatic messages, no change to speak anyone. Lab services are slow, no booking and long line waiting. I would like to cancel my appointment but even that you cannot do without visiting there. This is not giving a good view of level of services in Connecticut.
Literally the worst possible place you could be prescribed medication. “Receptionist” Kathy has a bad attitude each time you call. Office also lost important paperwork I dropped off in person for a new job. Stay far away
