Terrible, front staff is rude and condescending. Have been turned down while trying to book an appointment while in the office. When I went there second time I stood my ground and told them my primary doctor sent me. Then surprise surprise! They booked the appointment. Now I'm having second thoughts.

I just had a robotic hysterectomy 2 days ago and I am so happy I did it and had Dr. Albini perform the surgery. Everyone from Saint Mary's were wonderful!! They made sure I knew what was happening (multiple people came to confirm). Surgery was quick and as easy as could be. I went home the same day and have been up and about so not much "pain" more soreness. Thanks again to the whole Naugatuck Valley Women's Health and Saint Mary's!!
I realize that I called 3 times concerning an issue with a recent test, they were moving to their new office and finally the phone calls were returned.I love Dr Polk have been going to him for over 30 years
