Very pleasant and detailed.
I was greeted by the physician very friendly, and informative. Had my condition been explained to me as she did I would have had the surgery before now.
My recent surgery stay at Trinity was amazing. From the surgery team (Dr. Cathy Lee) to the anesthesia team, to the PACU nursing staff. I never felt uncared for, or unsure of what to expect or how my progress was. I didn't even need my call bell once. I cannot speak highly enough of the PACU nurses in recovery either.
