Stopped in for an ear infection, while in town for a few days. Connie at check in was friendly and helpful. They got me into a room within about 10 minutes. Jen was also friendly and thorough during initial assesment. The NP came in almost immediately, did a good exam, and called in a prescription. I was in and out within 30 minutes. All-in-all a very good experience.
I LOVE Mercy Health/Sable Point Family Health/Ttinity Health. My doctor, Dr. Connie Strbich, was WONDERFUL! So very kind, caring, & extremely thorough!!! The entire staff is awesome!!! ❤ A few years ago, Dr. Strbich moved to Florida because her husband found a job there. They get worse and worse as time goes on. Can't get through to a live person, they don't send out appointment reminders. Different doctor it is.
