I am at my wit's end. Dr. Reidy is amazing, however his front office staff offers the absolutely worst, rudest customer service I have ever experienced. By the way, I have never left a one star review for any product or organization in my life.

I finally had to go to Corewell Health, thank goodness they are close. I've never had such poor quality of a doctor's office or a health care facility then Trinity health care. At Corewell my health was taken seriously where I went through a battery of tests that my doctor's office neglected for two years. Any text sent them was never answered, their OEM was rediculus with doctors who cared more about their appearance and the onterage that followed them then my injury. I had a bad Asthma attack and I went to the ER they were quick and took me seriously. I was in within 20 min they offered a wheel chair to make sure I would be okay. They were very quick with the treatment and X-rays. I would have probably been not alive today without them and there amazing team. Thank you so much!
