I had a bad Asthma attack and I went to the ER they were quick and took me seriously. I was in within 20 min they offered a wheel chair to make sure I would be okay. They were very quick with the treatment and X-rays. I would have probably been not alive today without them and there amazing team. Thank you so much!
It is a nightmare trying to refill prescriptions with this office. You have to use MyChart, and it seems like no one there actually checks it. Almost every month I have to request it multiple times through MyChart and still make a phone call or more to the office to have them check on it. It’s the same story every time, it was processed and sent to the doctor but not signed and sent to the pharmacy. I would not recommend the ER for kids with ASD. I took my son here to get his throat and chest/stomach looked at because he was not feeling well and was not eating. They would not look in his mouth because he would not let them. I tried to push the fact that my son's pediatrician would have to get a nurse to help me hold him so the doctor can check his throat. But they still won't check. I took my son to a checkup two days later at his pediatrician's office and he was diagnosed with strep throat. This is the second time that... read more
