I had two Horrible scheduling experiences. Twice I had an appointment for a procedure and twice was stood up. Both times they said they tried to call me. I made sure they had the correct phone # and showed them that I had no calls or texts from them. MyChart had me check in for both appointments and sent me reminders the day of the appointments. These people are a joke. I’ve been canceled on at least 5 times. Had an appointment set up a week in advance and they still called the day before to cancel yet again because “the doctor Decided to not come in” I tried to call and schedule an appointment today about something clearly a female issue and was told to just go to my family doctor. They act like they don’t care in the slightest and are not reliable in the least. I will NOT be returning to this place and I suggest finding a different OBGYN.
