My Obgyn is amazing and the only reason I come here, however the nurses are quite rude on MyChart and make me feel stupid for asking questions- when they are the ones that tell you to message with any questions you have. If it weren’t for my OB I probably wouldn’t return to be honest.

Called 3 days in a row to make my first OBGYN appointment, 3 days in a row I was told there is only one person able to schedule me, and 3 days in a row I was prompted to leave a detailed message promising a call back. This was 2 weeks ago, and I have STILL received no contact. Not that it matters, as I have since found care at the Norton Shores offices where I was scheduled within hours of a single phonecall. Go there instead.

Was told I had to be induced on June 11th due high blood pressure issues, their office was the only place I had high blood pressure readings everywhere else even at the hospital were fine, then during my induction they proceeded to force me to stay in bed instead of allowing me to move around until the third day(June 13th) so my labor was not progressing enough so I was rushed for an emergency c section because my sons heart rate was starting to show signs of distress that could have been prevented if I was not told I had to... read more

They do not call to let you know test results, take 4+ to accept prescriptions. They do NOT care about their patients being uncomfortable. If it wasn’t the closest one then i would definitely not be back. While being there the doctor and nurse that i had were very nice and helpful. But still does not make up for the other stuff mentioned.
