I was referred here to see a neuro-ophthalmologist (Dr. J. Santos). Instead, i was.scheduled with a regular neurologist ( Dr. Corey) since Dr. Santos said I had to see a regular neurologist first. My medical records indicated clearly that I had already seen a neurologist and this was supposed to be the next step. I found out about this error from Dr. Corey who was very nice but told me he had no idea why they had scheduled me with him and he could do nothing for me and I had to see Dr. Santos. Always feel taken care of while here for appointments. The staff is kind and thoughtful.
Dr Santos and RN Emily Wilson have gone above and beyond the level of care to their utmost abilities I have ever encountered. I am so grateful for them for finding a rare condition by doing the hard work and testing needed to to find it. I am grateful that Trinity health is able to find such talented and knowledgeable compassionate people like these great professionals they are #1 in the State of Michigan.
