I see the reviews here are very well deserved! I transferred from H.F. hospital ID to this hospital. When I called, I was told that I needed a referral to see the doctor that I had done research on and wanted as my ID doctor. So I called H.F. hospital and requested a referral specifically requesting this doctor. H.F. hospital relayed the information to me that they had spoken with an individual name. Every one especially the receptionist here are horrible people
The staff are very kind. Dr. Jamison is well informed, he listened to me and answered all my questions.
Services are getting worse and worse. Waiting on hold for over 20 minutes to check an appointment is ridiculous, all while listening to ads of how great trinity health is. Maybe you should hire people to answer the phone at your medical facility instead of spending it on ads.
