Med refill request sent Thursday because my meds needed refilled over the weekend. I messaged Friday to remind them still nothing. Monday rolls around now out of meds. I call them twice throughout the day and they say it will be done before end of day. Their reasoning was maybe the doctor got too busy... are you serious! Now its Monday night and still nothing! Obviously they do not care about their patients just getting the money from their visits!
I am not happy with my provider at all next year I am seeking to go elsewhere
Wonderful care from Dr. Afzal. I have complicated health issues but Dr. Afzal has helped me immensely! I am grateful for the expert care and compassion!
Stay away. You can have a discussion with one of their residents/new doctors and then before you even leave the office it’s like the discussion never happened. They don’t care what you think they’re just there to coax you into spending money and hold your prescription over your head to coerce you. Horrible and emblematic of everything wrong with American healthcare.
Every time I've had to go into the hospital at Mercy, I had only the nicest, most professional, experienced people, from walking into the building at reception, through my entire stay for whatever I had done. I can only thank each and every one of them from my heart, as they have always been kind and caring and work tirelessly to help all of their patients and visitors. My doctors are amazing as well.
