I am absolutely appalled by the absolute neglect my grandmother has received from this office. Are you serious, Grace Vaugh documented that my grandmother is no longer having pain. NOT ONLY THAT BUT SAID PATIENT STATED SHE IS NO LONGER EXPERIENCING PAIN. But she’s been having ongoing persistent pain for well over a month now and nothing is being done to care for my grandmother. There is one nurse who works Saturdays who is SO good at her job! I usually faint, but she managed to have me awake and feeling calm the entire time. Thank you! 4 stars for a rude check in nurse
