Probably the most uncomfortable I ever felt when having to get a test done. Had to go to the outpatient lab. The woman at the front desk was rude. And when I went back to get my blood drawn, another lady was taking care of my blood, and she went so fast it hurt. Never had it hurt when getting my blood drawn, she just shoved the needle in. The whole atmosphere was unwelcoming I hope I never have to return to this location.
My experience here was not great. I think I had a student learning on me, which I am totally fine with. But she was very rough with me, couldn’t get blood (I’ve never had a problem), and then proceeded to shove the needle in further and harder without telling me, shooting pain all the way down to my hand. Then whoever was teaching her tried and did the same thing, without telling me what she was doing or apologizing.
