I went today for a fine needle aspiration (thyroid biopsy). I wish I knew the names of all the people I encountered. They were professional, kind, patient and friendly. They explained everything that was going to happen, everything was pain free. I never felt like they were in a hurry. I understood everything. They welcomed questions.
Met with Tracy M, RN for CT imaging. She is an angel. The way she explained everything to me , helped immensely to go through the process seamlessly. Other staff members were helpful too. Kudos to her & team to be so informative & cheerfull early morning hours.
The valet lied and said I said things I did not which was verified but security asking kids what was said.i will never return here.......my nurse Raphael was so mean after that issue I didn't trust him
Very rude nurse got me ready for sedation MRI. Will not be back here..... Spectrum is better
Extremely rude schedulers who seem to have no interest in doing their job. When trying to complete a basic task, you are met with attitude which is very frustrating when already going through an emotional time. This does not just apply here, I’ve noticed it across many Trinity offices. Perhaps they should look to hire folks that enjoy customer service.
