Someone is not following through with making sure patients doctors gets lab test results. Or an update with their patients urgent care matters. They change medical information whenever someone feels like it and half the time it’s inaccurate. I’m hearing rumors from other parents/patients/medical professionals that they prefer not to work with them.
I was camping out in Howell, and needed to go to see a doctor as a result of a finger injury. Within an hour of making the appointment I was seen by the healthcare team and on my way. Extremely professional staff and the office was modern and clean. I live over an hour away, but next time I need an urgent care clinic, I might drive that hour! It would be worth it.
After a very long wait the P.A. prescribed my dad a antibiotic that shouldn't of been mixed with another medication he takes. The P.A. also failed to conduct a test that should have been done so I had to take my dad back in the next day. Normally I wouldn't add this either but during our extended wait I noticed the floor of the room we were in was pretty dirty for a urgent care/doctors office. It looked like it wasn't swept or mopped in quite some time. Not a good experience and I usually have good luck with Trinity.
Everyone in the office was organized, efficient, and friendly. The waiting room wasn’t too busy and the patients were seen quickly. I had x-rays on my swollen ankle, spoke thoroughly with the Dr about the results, and was carefully wrapped in a splint. Was given a list of orthopedic surgeon offices in the area to schedule a follow up appointment.
I had a terrible visit with this office. My son came in sick with a fever for about a week and they did a nose swab on him without my consent and gave him a nose bleed. Left him traumatized and is now afraid of any doctors.
