Called 2 weeks before my appointment requesting PSA blood test. I was assured that was done. Made special arrangements to get to the lab, no order. Big waste of my time. Trinity only cares about profit and could care less about you.
Communication is not their strong point. I was trying to get a procedure done in Winter, I had my first appointment in early February and I was told someone would call me to schedule the procedure. Over the past three months, I called back once a month and was always told someone would call back to schedule.
