Horrible! Absolutely terrible service. Dr Marquardt is amazing but I needed a doctor closer to my home in Brighton. I have now tried for 4 months to be seen in their Brighton office and because all the locations schedule within the same office, they refuse to allow me to see another iha Dr. I've had zero problems with iha before but my primary who is amazing says they are just bitter because I want to switch doctors and they "are giving me hell for no reason"
Couldn't get passed the gatekeepers to make an appointment. Doctors may be good but can't get passed their protocols to schedule an appointment.
