I had an at home sleep study done two months ago and the doctor never followed up about the results, even after I called to check. Ridiculous.
my fiancé was just there and it was absolutely horrible. the wait time was ridiculous. then when they were trying to run all of his tests they never came in to check on us. and we waited for TWO hours after his last scan to even see anybody. we hit the call button for the nurse more than once and nobody came. i even went up to the other counter where there were people and to no shock nobody helped. the only person who talked to us in that time period was a cleaning lady (who was so nice!) but it was absolutely horrible how w... read more

Has not been a good experience. No follow through from the staff AND the Dr.. Nine months after my one and only contact with the Dr and she still hasn't contacted me about tweeking my cp ap machine. The staff, I found to be incimpetent, giving me wrong information and more than a month to get the results of the sleep test to the Dr. Really? The sleep lab and Drs office
