Bad attitude to her patient and patient's parent. It's really not encouraging to see her.
Called to make a new patient appointment for my child. Even though we're already in the Trinity Health system, and the website shows two adolescent psychiatrists, I was told I wouldn't be able to get in for six months. I wish I didn't like my kids pediatrician so much because the whole Trinity Health system is awful.
Absolutely horrible care. 1. As a new patient they assigned me to a psychiatrist who was leaving their practice less than a month later. 2. They then weren’t able to see me for a follow up until 10 weeks after my initial appointment. 3. They then canceled my follow up appointment due to a “scheduling error” and the next available appointment was 3 months later. DO NOT GO HERE! Also all of their psychs have a multitude of god awful reviews.
They work hard considering the rise of mental health needs.
Awful customer service, staff canceled my appointment without me asking.
