They are so polite and nice at this location. All of the staff is wonderful. My PCP is Dr Love and she is top tier
I normally love this place, however I recently brought my son to see Dr. Cooper after he injured his nose, since his regular pediatrician was unavailable. I explained that I had not taken him to the ER due to the $500 copay. Dr. Cooper ordered X-rays, examined his nose, and told me it was “clearly broken” with a septal hematoma, and strongly advised me to go to the ER. Trying to reach the staff or make an appointment is just terrible. You are unable to speak to staff that actually work in the office you have to go through an answering service. Wait on hold from anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes and the answering service does not even know half the answers to the questions that I’m asking it is absolutely terrible.
New patient, was billed for self reporting medical history, billed for referrals based off conversation that my insurance doesn't require Office seems uncomfortable and inexperienced. They definitely do not advocate for the patient. The Dr time is overvalued for the service they provide and they need to understand the insurances they are billing instead of throwing shit at a wall and hoping it sticks with the patient being financially responsible for the pieces that didnt
