Terrible experience. Took my insurance through the call center. Was told I was in-network. Then, I get to the office. Waited at check in for a half hour to be told I am not in network. Took all this time to just get an appointment just to be told to sign a waiver. Incompetence at its finest.
Drove all the way here for a new appointment in primary care to be told I can’t be seen today because of my insurance. I should’ve received a phone call prior to my appointment. The staff is lazy and doesn’t do their job. I would avoid it.
