I went to Trinity Health Schoolcraft Campus Urgent Care to take care of a painful finger injury. Both ladies I interacted with at reception and the one that took me to the examination room were professional and pleasant. Connor recognized immediately what the issue was and alleviated my pain within minutes. I did use the “save my spot” feature and was seen within minutes after arrival. This visit was productive and quite a relief.
Took my mom in for a CT CAC, my mom does not speak English well. The tech said “we don’t normally schedule patients who aren’t able to speak English at this location.” Then that should’ve been communicated when the appointment was scheduled, her primary language is on her chart.
My mom had an appointment with Dr.Quentin Simmons. He was the greatest! Very smart, discerning, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Gordon and Dr. Nash are heroes in our family. Incredible pediatricians and the office is just as wonderful. I also go here for adult care and have visited the urgent care and the care was the best I had ever received. Blood work is quick, xray, ultrasound, everything. My family is so grateful for this location and the offerings (on call nurses, appointment availability, etc).
The reviews speak for themselves. Find better care for your personal health and lifestyle elsewhere. This office has truly declined in terms of Dr to patient. The rest of the staff has been pleasant.
