Charged $250 for a 3 minute virtual appointment.
Clean facility, front office and staff were friendly and professional. I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a 2pm appt, but, this is not abnormal for an urgent care from my experience. My daughter had an ear infection and the staff were very gentle with her (3 yo).
I would give them a higher rating, but due to the gross incompetence of their billing department my insurance denied coverage for my yearly physical. When I called my insurance to find out why I was denied, they said it was due to the billing code they provided, "which always gets denied." I asked about the specific code, and was told they billed my visit under code Z53.20, which states it is, "used when a patient decides not to undergo a procedure or a treatment for unspecified reasons."
