Really enjoyed my first primary visit with the NP, Cali Snyder and my husband thought Dr Newsome was great. The primary care side of the office is amazing and I really felt heard and understood.
I will never go back to Trinity Health(Dr Davis) for another general surgery ever again. These doctors are fully capable of keeping people out of pain and absolutely refuse to do it. They know exactly what they are doing. I had to go back to the ER after surgery after not being able to urinate for 8 hours( their directions were to wait 8 hours) before coming back. Now I have a catheter for the next 5 days and am even more pain. It’s just cruel and unusual punishment at this point.
Always have had excellent experiences. The Dr and NP take time to hear what you are saying. Not terrible wait times, but I'd happily wait a little longer to have a doctor sit and take the appropriate time and listen to patients.
Doctors are very impersonal and reception is awful, I called to refill a script and was told it will be sent over. After a while with no call i called back and was told it will be 48 hours before the doctor even sees it and when I asked if we can put a rush on it cause I really need it she says she isn't gonna do that and just was flat out rude and acted like I was asking so much out of her
Moments ago I just had one of the worst customer service / health care experiences of my life when I hit option four on the animated system and spoke to Karen about getting my prescription, that I’ve been on for years that needed reapproval. She spoke to me like a child and at one point said, “ Why don’t you call me back when you figure it out because I can’t read your mind.” I just happen to be on my way to the Trinity Saint Joe’s for another reason a will be checking in on how to inform them about this employee.
