Was referred to this practice for foot pain and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and recommended getting custom inserts. Was told I had to pay upfront for inserts and then they would charge my insurance after I came and picked them up. After not hearing anything from my insurance for a few months I called iha billing to find out they had never been sent to my insurance.
