Amazing place everyone is great
Office was well organized and I was able to get in and out within less than an hour.
We have 3 weeks ish until our sweet babe will be here and I just cannot say enough good things about Dr Kalbfell and her staff that works with her. So professional and kind, caring and makes you feel like you’re one of their own. Nurse Terry makes me feel so comfortable from the time she gets us from the waiting room until we leave. Remembering not only me every time but also my husband and what we do for a living and always asking how we are. 11/10 recommend.
I’m very disappointed with the service at Trinity Health IHA. This is the second time my appointment was canceled less than an hour before I was supposed to be seen, after waiting a month. I live an hour away and took time off work, only to be told that the doctor wouldn’t be available and that the next available appointment is two weeks from now which is further delaying the care I’ve been trying to receive. I was turned away for being exactly 15 mins late. But they can make patients wait for as long as it takes. There are many providers out there so GOOD BYE Trinity Health!
