I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment. Checked in. I sat there for over an hour past my appointment time. Being understanding that they may be running behind. But after I watched the waiting room cycle out twice, I asked the receptionist how much longer my wait would be. She couldnt find me and asked me to give her a minute to check into it. Absolutely NOT! I came to this OBGYN office because my original OB was on vacation. The physician SUSANNE L ARCHER, MD seen me and caused emotional damage and distress by telling me I lost my pregnancy to either ectopic or miscarriage. After the second opinion/ultrasound it was confirmed that I did not lose the pregnancy, I was just early in my pregnancy. (5w). I expressed this to her that I have irregular periods and the LMP could be off. (PCOS). Still no call from this office! For a follow up, clarity, apology or anything.... read more

This place is terrible with timing. They tell you to be there 15 min before your appointment. I waited 25 min beyond my scheduled appointment and then just left. My time has value too.

They don't staff enough nurses. Nurse line is never answered and when I needed a telehealth appointment from the nurses before I could see my provider, I had to reschedule my provider visit because they didn't have a single nurse available the week before. Its harder to talk with a nurse than a provider and that's just backwards.

I’m sharing my experience so other patients, especially those without insurance, can be more cautious. A few years ago I was diagnosed with an ovarian endometrioma (commonly called a chocolate cyst). During my visit, the doctor strongly encouraged me to get an MRI at their facility. To persuade me, she even pulled out her phone and showed me photos of couple other patients’s tumor. That moment made me extremely uncomfortable because I did not feel it was appropriate to show another patient’s medical images like that. Because... read more
