I would give this zero stars if I could. I requested an appointment and had the information sent from my PCP as requested. Given the severity of the condition I may have just experienced did not matter to these scheduling folks here. They were far more concerned about paper work than treating a patient. In addition to that, what I may have experienced may be more severe than I would hope and it was clear that the office prefer I go to the ER than to see their doctors first. I has switched from the Ypsilanti Neurology In hopes to find a different doctor that’s willing to try different medications for my migraines. Which I did, however the lack of patient care this office has given me since April is upsetting. I had reached out regarding severe side effects I was having with a medication and when I spoke to a nurse (7 hours later) she simply told me to cut my capsule medication in half and take half a capsule of medication. Nurse Dawn was amazing at the Livonia neurology office. . She gave me educational training for a new medication that requires injections and she was so kind and helpful. I was turned away from another office and was so happy that Dawn helped answer my questions.
