Worst doctor I've ever encountered. Suggested my issues are somatic or functional when I'm being seen at Cleveland clinic for complex health issues. He's just another doctor who doesn't know, so he puts it back on the patient. Cleveland diagnosed me with fibromyalgia, and I saw the geneticist who said just because genetic testing comes back normal doesn't mean there's no condition, as she documented many structural abnormalities and went through ALL my medical records. The front office staff are always super friendly. The care that I received was beyond exceptional. Kimberly Playfoot was my life line, her expertise and great personality were a God send.
Tried to schedule an appointment but was told to go elsewhere
One of the worst experiences of my life. As a nursing student and someone who has an entire medical family, I came looking for answers and was instead treated with extreme disrespect. I was treated like a hypochondriac and was embarrassed repeatedly by the doctor. Hands down the most embarrassing appointments I’ve ever had, I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor before.
